For customers living outside of Canada or for products that are not on our online store, we can still ship it to you. Please give us a call and we will arrange the order for you via phone.

Please note: for apparel, please make sure you carefully follow the instructions on how to measure your dog before giving us a call. We do not cover return parcel costs, so please be thorough with your measurements.
Shipping Policy
Curbside Pickup: You have the option to pick up your order at our Yorkville location: 179 Avenue Road, Toronto.
Domestic Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over $150 CAD. For orders under $150, a flat rate of $19.95 CAD is applied.
U.S. Shipping: For all U.S. orders, a flat rate of $29.95 CAD is applied.
International Shipping: We only ship using Canada Post, and the customer pays the shipping costs as well as any duties or taxes that might incur once the package arrives at your doorstep. We will contact you to make special arrangements for international shipping once we receive a quote. Shipping can cost between $25-$50 CAD. This is an estimate and may not be representative of the actual cost.
Returns & Exchanges
Although our sales staff are extremely experienced in sizing, unfortunately without the dog in the store, we cannot guarantee the perfect fit. If the item you’ve ordered doesn’t work for you, no problem, just ship the item back at your cost, and we’ll be happy to do an exchange for store credit. Please note that the exchange or credit will only be processed once the returned item has arrived and been inspected at the store. All items must be tagged and in new condition. Dogfather does not provide refunds.
